We design, build and ship custom cold plunge pools, hot and cold pool duos and glass saunas for pool villas, boutique resorts, retreats, condos, clubs and clinics across Thailand. The sauna is the easy part; the work is holding 3-5 °C when the air is 35. We size the cooling for that, hide the machinery, and send a free 3D layout in up to five working days.

Cold water in a warm, humid country behaves differently from the brochure. Four numbers explain most of what we draw before we draw anything else.
So the chiller is sized for 35 °C, the pool is shaded and insulated, the pipes are lagged with closed-cell foam and the machinery sits behind a teak louvre with a clear path for hot air. The reasoning is in chillers for Thai heat and the Phuket field note.

- Tourism volume: 32.97 million international arrivals in 2025 against 35.55 million in 2024 (Ministry of Tourism and Sports; 2025 preliminary).

Contract and 40 % deposit
Specification, delivery window and approvals list are frozen; production starts.
Production, 6-10 weeks
Cabin, pool kit and chiller built and bench-tested with photos at each stage; 40 % on release for shipping.
Installation, up to 7 days
Shell, plant, cabin, glass and mosaic in the right order, with curing days where needed.
Temperature test, then the last 20 %

What managers and owners ask first
How much does a cold plunge pool cost in Thailand?
A built-in pool with its refrigeration lands between about 330k and 660k baht, depending on shape, finish and access. A duo with a warm pool is THB 700k-1.25M. The budget ranges page shows every component.
Can the water stay at 4 °C when it is 35 °C outside?
Yes, with a chiller sized for tropical air, a shaded and insulated pool and a timer that starts the evening before. Our table assumes 35 °C and holds 3-5 °C within ±0.3 °C. See chillers for Thai heat.
Do glass saunas work in a humid climate?
They do. The glass is tempered and often double-glazed on sun-facing walls, the heater is sized with a glass allowance and the timber is chosen for humidity. Glass saunas in the tropics explains each choice.
What power does a sauna need?
Small cabins run on a single-phase supply, typically 220-230 V. From about 8 kW the heater is normally wired three-phase, typically 380-400 V, which many villas and condos must request. See sauna power in Thailand.
Do we need a permit?
That depends on the structure, the plot and the local office. Ask your municipality, tambon office or Bangkok district office whether a small outdoor structure or pool needs a building permit. We supply drawings for that conversation.
How long does it take?
Up to five working days for the layout, six to ten weeks of production and up to seven days on site, about three months from signature to the first session. Build in the quiet months, May to October, to be ready for the November to April peak.
Do you work in condos?
Yes. Condo rooms need a structural check, a lift plan and the juristic person's agreement; the Bangkok case note shows a twelve square metre example.
How does payment work?
Forty percent when you sign, forty when the kit is released for shipping, twenty after a signed temperature test on site. Never everything up front.
