Joinery and chiller line
A teak board becomes a cabin; a compressor becomes a chiller; both are tested before the crate closes
A sauna is half timber and half physics, and a cold pool is mostly physics. We cut the wood and assemble the refrigeration ourselves, run both on the bench, and only then pack them for Thailand. That order, not a showroom, is what the warranty stands on.
Timber: teak outside, cedar and its cousins inside
Cabins are clad in cedar or a similar low-density timber inside, because benches must not burn bare skin, and in teak or thermally modified timber where weather reaches them. Boards are planed, sanded and assembled into numbered panels in the workshop, so installation takes days and not weeks. Why we choose what, and where, is set out in teak or thermowood for a cold tub.
Heat: Harvia heaters sized to the cabin
Every cabin carries a Harvia heater from the Finnish maker, chosen at roughly one kilowatt per cubic metre of cabin plus an allowance for glass. Wiring, thermal protection and the stone basket are fitted and tested in the workshop, then checked again on site. The sizes are tabulated under budget ranges.
Cold: a chiller line of our own
The plain black cabinet is assembled from a compressor, a titanium heat exchanger, insulation and a controller that holds the water at 3-5 °C within ±0.3 °C, up to sixteen hours a day. We build 1, 2 and 4 HP units; which one you get follows the litres to be cooled and the heat load, not a catalogue. Why Thai air changes the sizing is explained in chillers for Thai heat.

Glass and tile come in on our drawings
Tempered glass units are cut to size from our drawings and arrive in protective frames; mosaic and stone are chosen with you from real samples. Glass is installed last, by hand, on suction handles, once the frame is square, as the Phuket case note shows.
From your first message to the first session
Survey by photo or laser
Plans, photographs and a video walk-through; on larger jobs a laser survey. Measuring error is the commonest cause of a cabin that does not fit.
Free 3D layout
Within five working days: layout, equipment list, power and water estimate, sun and plant positions, and an indicative range.
Production
Six to ten weeks. Cabin, pool kit and chiller are built, bench-tested and photographed at each stage.
Crating and shipping
Panels and units are wrapped, crated and labelled; the second 40 percent is due when the kit is released for shipping.
Installation, up to seven days
Shells, plant, cabin, glass and mosaic in the right order, with curing days where the mosaic needs them.
Temperature test and handover
The pool at 3-5 °C, the cabin at working heat, both on a signed sheet. The last 20 percent follows.

Is the workshop in Thailand?
No. Production is in our own joinery and on our own chiller line, and every kit travels to you crated; the free layout, the freight route and the import paperwork are explained before you sign. See import duty or local assembly.
Can I watch my kit being built?
You can follow any stage by video call, and photos arrive at each stage without you asking. In-person visits are arranged case by case.
What exactly does the warranty cover?
Joinery, glass fitting, shells, plumbing and refrigeration for two years, plus a further year of assisted service visits. Harvia heaters also carry their maker's warranty.
The next step
Send a photo and a wish; we send back a layout
Start with a photograph
Send the corner of the garden, the terrace or the plant room you have in mind. We answer with questions first, then a layout and a range.
