For hotels, clubs and clinics
Wellness hardware for operators: cold pools that run sixteen hours and saunas that seat a class
A resort, a retreat, a condominium, a Muay Thai gym, a padel club or a longevity clinic buys equipment differently from a villa owner: a longer decision, more people who must say yes and a daily duty cycle. We design the cold side for sixteen hours of use, size the glass cabin for the group, and hand over the paperwork your team will ask for.
Six kinds of operator
Different buildings, different queues, different people who must say yes
Pick the one that sounds like your week; each page carries its own sizing and its own questions.

Resorts and boutique hotels
Cold pools built for sixteen-hour days, glass cabins for groups, and a spec pack for the technical team.

Retreats and yoga studios
A warm and a cold pool between the yoga deck and the spa, with a small glass cabin when the budget allows.
Look closer
Muay Thai, gym and padel clubs
A shared pool sized for the post-training queue, a glass cabin for six to eight, and floors built for wet feet.
Look closer
Clinics and longevity centres
A glass cabin and a small cold pool as an operational room: steps, rails, sight lines, logging and cleaning.
Look closer
Condos and residences
A compact glass sauna and small cold pool in 10-15 m², planned around the slab, the lift and the committee.
Look closer
Villa developers and managers
A repeatable spa module drawn into the villa before the slab, and a routine that fits a morning shift.
Look closerThe business kit
Pools that take a queue, cabins that seat a class, plant that does not stop
For operators the cold side is a pool, not a tub: more water, an edge for several people and chillers in parallel. Cabins seat eight to twelve, always with glass: fitted to a spa room or free-standing on the grounds.

Cold plunge pools
Built-in, about 1,100 litres, mosaic or travertine, held at 3-5 °C by a chiller nobody sees.

Hot + cold pool duo
A 38 °C soaking pool next to a 4 °C plunge pool, one plant room, two mosaics that talk to each other.
Look closer
Glass saunas
Two full glass walls at a corner, or one wall and a glass door: teak and cedar, 1 to 12 seats, sized for tropical sun.
Look closer
Deck and garden saunas
A flat-roofed cabin with two glass walls on a landscaped teak deck, planned for monsoon, termites and lightning.
Look closer
Teak and cedar cabins
A dry sauna made to the room: cedar inside, teak outside, a glass front, one to twelve seats.

Chillers for Thai heat
1, 2 or 4 HP on our own line, sized for 35 °C air, quiet, lagged, out of sight.
Look closerWhat a business needs that a villa does not
- Duty. The cold side is built for up to sixteen hours a day, with two units in parallel on shared pools so one can be serviced while the other holds.
- Hygiene. A hotel or club pool gets filtration, UV or ozone, a test routine and a written log. Ask your provincial public-health office which water standard applies to your category before the layout is frozen.
- Paperwork. Procurement asks for layout drawings, a specification sheet, an energy and water estimate, a warranty statement and a service plan. We prepare them with the free layout.
- Time. Decisions take months, builds take weeks. We time production and installation to your renovation window, not the other way round.
The market in four sourced numbers
- In 2024 Thailand logged 35.55 million international arrivals; the preliminary count for 2025 is 32.97 million (Ministry of Tourism and Sports).
- Wellness tourism spending reached US$ 14 billion in 2024, up 36.4 percent and 15th in the world, inside a US$ 42.7 billion wellness economy (Global Wellness Institute, 2026).
- Hotels in Phuket ran at 76 percent occupancy in 2025, and the province recorded about 10.7 million foreign visitors (Ministry of Tourism and Sports provincial statistics).
- CBRE counted 18 villa projects (283 units) launched in Phuket in the second half of 2025, after 33 projects (397 units) in the first.
These figures show a large market and a crowded one; they say nothing about what your property earns. The layout, the routine and the guest experience decide that. The villa-rental note keeps to the numbers we can name.
How an operator project runs
Brief and site data
Plan, loads, power and the number of users per hour. A WhatsApp message with a sketch is enough to start.
Free 3D layout
Within five working days: layout, equipment list, power and water estimate and an indicative range.
Contract and 40 % deposit
We freeze specification, delivery window and approvals list, then production starts.
Production, 6-10 weeks
Cabin and chiller leave our joinery and chiller line with photos at each stage; the second 40 % is due when the kit is released for shipping.
Installation and test
Up to seven days on site, then a temperature test with your manager present. The last 20 % follows the signed test.
Can you phase a retreat or a club?
Yes. A common order is the cold pool first, the glass cabin second, with the footprint and electrical capacity for the cabin reserved from day one.
What do hotels usually ask for beyond price?
A drawing set, a clear warranty, a named service contact and a routine their housekeeping team can run. We prepare those as part of the layout phase.

Send the plan and the expected users per hour; we answer with a layout, a plant estimate and a range
Start with a photograph
Send the corner of the garden, the terrace or the plant room you have in mind. We answer with questions first, then a layout and a range.
