Why does the WhatsApp number carry an international code?
Our project desk serves several countries from one number. Conversations run in English; quotes come in baht, with a dollar option for resorts and developers.
Does someone come to the site before the quote?
The layout and the first range come from photos and a plan. A site visit or a laser survey is arranged when the project reaches contract stage and the structure, access or lifting needs checking.
