What a sauna and a cold plunge pool cost in Thailand, with the arithmetic showing

Saunas: seats, cabin and heater, in baht

Two glass walls meeting at a corner is the signature form; one glass wall with a full-glass door is the quieter variant. Heaters follow roughly one kilowatt per cubic metre of cabin, plus an allowance for glass, and from about 8 kW the heater is normally wired three-phase. The cold side: pools, duos and tubs

Pools and the duo include their refrigeration, because a pool without cooling is just a pool. Tubs are priced separately from their chillers, so a tub set is the tub range plus the chiller range below. The cold plunge pool page and the duo page explain what the range buys.

Chillers are priced by the litres they hold

Sizing assumes 35 °C air, which is why Thai installations are not shrunk to the temperate-climate table. Bigger shared pools run two units in parallel and are priced per specification. The reasons are in chillers for Thai heat.

Extras that change the feel more than the price

Whole circuits: a condo room, a villa, an estate, a club

Built together, a circuit costs slightly less than the same items bought one by one, because plant, freight and approvals are shared. The case notes show three of them in detail, and the configurator does the sums for your own combination.

Where the numbers come from

Our workshop price list is kept in US dollars. For Thailand it is multiplied by 1.1 to cover shipping and the hot-climate specification, then converted at 36 baht per dollar and rounded. If the exchange rate moves five percent, the figures here move with it, which is one reason they are ranges and not tariffs. USD equivalents appear in the configurator for orientation only.

What the ranges leave out

• Site works. A slab check, a reinforced base, retaining walls on a slope, drain runs and a plant niche built into masonry are part of the quote, not the range.
• Lifting and access. Cranes, hand-carry crews and night deliveries for a condo lift are itemised.
• Power. A three-phase upgrade or a new distribution board is usually the owner's electrician's job; we specify it.
• Approvals and tax. Building permits are the owner's responsibility, with our drawings; VAT is shown as its own line in the quote.

40 / 40 / 20, and why the last 20 waits for a test

Forty percent when you sign, forty when production is finished and the kit is released for shipping, twenty only after a signed temperature test on site: the pool at 3⁠-⁠5 °C, the sauna at working heat. Never one hundred percent up front. Corporate buyers and phased builds can agree stage payments at signing.
