Joiners, refrigeration technicians and a drawing table: the people behind the quote

We came to cold plunge from the sauna side: carpentry first, then the refrigeration that a cold pool needs, then the hydraulics. Thai heat made the combination matter, because a cabin and a chiller that were designed apart rarely behave together on a terrace at 35 °C. So the cabin, the pool shell and the chiller start on one drawing.

Five rules we work by

1. A range before a meeting. Prices are on the budget ranges page; nobody should sign up to a number they have never seen.
2. Physics first. The chiller follows the litres and the heat load, the heater follows the cubic metres, the timber follows the humidity.
3. A test before the last payment. Forty percent at signing, forty at release, twenty after a signed temperature test.
4. People, not a form. The only form is on the contact page; everywhere else a message on WhatsApp reaches the project team.
5. Honest limits. Where a rule is local, we say what to ask your authority; where a figure is a market statistic, we name the source.

How we write to you

Every price on this site comes from our own price list, converted to baht at a stated rate, and every market number carries the name of its source and its year. Where a rule is local, such as a permit, a licence or a customs duty, we say what to ask and which office to ask, and we leave out any figure we could not check. If we are unsure, you will read that we are unsure.

Who does what on a project

• A project lead answers your messages from the first photograph to the signed test.
• A draftsman turns your plan and photographs into the 3D layout and the loads sheet within five working days.
• Joiners and a refrigeration technician build and bench-test the cabin and the chiller in our workshop.
• An installation team travels to site, assembles the kit and runs the temperature test with you.

Where our business stops

We do not run spas or bathhouses; we build and sell the equipment. We do not make medical claims; we say what the equipment does and ask you to see a doctor if in doubt. We do not show client names we cannot show: the case notes are illustrative profiles and say so. And we do not claim an office or a factory in Thailand.
